Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Due to the nature of our small-batch pin products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged.
Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

Exchanges are only available for the same product (subject to availability).
Refunds

Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
