Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be happy with your order. Please read our return and refund policy below:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of our small-batch pin products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged.

Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

  • Exchanges are only available for the same product (subject to availability).

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are final sale.
